FEMA Proposes New Flood Insurance Rate Maps for Tampa Bay
FEMA has finalized new detailed, digital Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRM’s) which determine residential flood zones and ultimately dictate the areas where mortgage lenders require flood insurance coverage.
